The City Human Resource Management Office continues to strengthen digital HR service delivery through the myCHRMO Employee Kiosk—a centralized self-service platform created to give City Government of Iligan employees easier and more convenient access to essential HR information and services.
With the guiding message “Your HR Services. One Kiosk.”, myCHRMO brings commonly used employee services together in one accessible digital space. Employees can view their profile, attendance and Daily Time Record (DTR), leave information, performance records, HR transactions, announcements, and other CHRMO updates without having to rely solely on traditional over-the-counter transactions.
Putting Employees at the Center
myCHRMO is designed around a simple idea: employees should be able to access important information about their employment when they need it.
Through the kiosk, employees gain greater visibility over their own records and transactions. Attendance can be reviewed, leave information can be accessed, requests can be monitored, and important CHRMO announcements can reach employees through a common platform.
This helps make HR services more accessible, transparent, organized, and responsive while allowing CHRMO personnel to focus more attention on services and transactions that require direct assistance.
