The Recruitment page is used to manage the complete hiring process, from creating job positions up to onboarding selected applicants. This page provides access to the main recruitment functions needed to publish vacancies, process applications, evaluate applicants, and record final hiring results.

Positions
Use this section to manage job positions. This includes adding new positions, editing existing position details, and setting whether a position is active or inactive.

Publications
Use this section to publish and manage job vacancy announcements. This is where available positions may be prepared for posting and made visible to applicants.

Applicants
Use this section to view and manage submitted applications. It allows the office to monitor applicant records and track their current application status.

Screening
Use this section to review applications and shortlist qualified applicants based on the required qualifications and submitted documents.

Examination
Use this section to manage examination schedules and record applicant examination results, when applicable.
Evaluation
Use this section to rate applicants using the required criteria. Remarks and evaluation results may also be recorded here for proper assessment.

Selection
Use this section to identify and select qualified applicants. Final decisions and selection results are recorded in this module.

On-Boarding
Use this section to process selected applicants after approval. This includes collecting required documents and marking the applicant as hired once all necessary requirements are completed.

Reminder
Make sure that applicant information, evaluation results, and hiring decisions are reviewed carefully before saving or finalizing any record. This helps maintain an accurate and organized recruitment process.
