Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of all online systems, portals, applications, websites, and digital services managed or provided by the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO). By accessing or using any CHRMO online system or service, the user agrees to comply with these terms and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and office policies.

1. Purpose of Use

CHRMO online systems and services are provided solely for lawful, official, and authorized purposes related to human resource management, recruitment, employment processing, employee services, record management, leave administration, payroll-related services, training, service records, and other related government transactions. Users may access these systems only for legitimate purposes connected to official CHRMO functions and services.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information, records, documents, and data they submit are true, accurate, current, and complete. Any false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent submission may result in denial of access, suspension of transaction processing, administrative action, or other lawful measures as may be appropriate.

Users are likewise responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, account information, and access details. Any activity performed through a registered account shall be presumed to have been made by the authorized account holder, unless proven otherwise through proper verification.
3. Account Access and Security

Access to CHRMO online systems may require account registration, authentication, and verification. Users must not share their account credentials, allow unauthorized persons to use their accounts, or attempt to gain access to records, functions, or services beyond their authorized permissions.

CHRMO shall implement reasonable safeguards to protect such information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss.
6. Records, Retention, and Disposal

Users acknowledge that submitted records may form part of official CHRMO files and government records.

Temporary downtime, delays, maintenance activities, system upgrades, technical issues, or force majeure events may affect service availability without prior notice.

CHRMO shall not be held liable for temporary inaccessibility, delays, or interruptions beyond reasonable control, provided that reasonable efforts are undertaken to restore service and protect system integrity.

8. Limitation of Use and System Changes

CHRMO reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of its online systems, features, functions, requirements, or services at any time, when necessary for operational, legal, administrative, technical, or security reasons.
CHRMO likewise reserves the right to verify submitted information, require additional supporting documents, reject incomplete or unauthorized transactions, and enforce reasonable controls to protect the integrity of its systems and records.

9. Violations, Sanctions, and Enforcement

Any violation of these Terms of Use, misuse of the systems, unauthorized access, attempt to compromise security, submission of fraudulent information, or improper handling of records may result in appropriate sanctions and enforcement actions, subject to applicable laws, rules, and due process requirements.
Possible sanctions may include, but are not limited to:

10. Acceptance of Terms
